Ocean Surf Self Catering Cottage, Clashnessie, Lochinver,

If you are looking for a holiday home by the sea then Ocean Surf is for you - a cosy yet modern purpose-built self catering cottage set in what many regard as the most outstandingly beautiful part of Scotland in Clashnessie on the Assynt Coastal route; about 7 miles from Lochinver.

The cottage is very peaceful; the only sound is the wind and the waves tumbling onto the beach below. Breathtaking views of the sea and hills beyond. Watch 'our' buzzard from the lounge as he soars then settles on 'his' pile of rocks in the next door field overlooking the sea. There's an occasional deer in the wee small hours passing through the garden and if you sit quietly for a time down by the beach at the bottom of the field you may be lucky enough to spy an otter or a seal nosily looking back at you from the water.

Sitting on a hill overlooking Clashnessie Bay you are only a few minutes walk to the tranquil sands. The perfect spot for a summer holiday or winter break away from the hustle and bustle.

Ocean Surf holiday home sleeps 6 and consists of:

  • lounge and open plan kitchen

  • utility room

  • conservatory/dining room

  • main bathroom with bath, WC & wash basin

  • one twin bedded room

  • one double bedded room

  • one double bedded room with en-suite bathroom
